DANAK’s strategy is based on topics decided after discussions with customers, the board of directors and the advisory committees.

DANAK’s mission to ensure reliable documentation for compliance with requirements through accreditation includes specific targets for DANAK as the national accreditation body:

  • Provide accreditation services in conformity with the requirements in international accreditation standards and specifications
  • Deliver accreditation of services, as requested by the market and national authorities
  • Ensure international recognition of DANAK activities in all relevant areas of accreditation
  • Perform efficient and professional assessment of accredited companies

DANAK’s vision increasing the value of accredited services will be fulfilled by 10 action plans, with the following focus points:
