DIGITAL SIGNATURE
DANAK use a digital signature on certain pdf-documents and this is a description of the intent and how to use it.
A digital signature is a program used to place a digital print on a document. The digital signature specifies the author of the document. It is also a guarantee to the recipient that the document has not been changed after being digitally signed.
DANAK has chosen Nets DanID as supplier of our digital signature. Nets DanID is part of the Nets-group.
If your computer does not automatically approve DANAKs digital signature it can be done manually. It is a simple process which only has to be performed once, after which the signature will be automatically approved by your computer.
DANAK’s digital signature is validated as follows:
- Click on the link to open the signed document: example (Danish pdf) (this document is not important but is used to validate the signature)
- Open the guide and follow the instructions: Approval of digital signature (Danish pdf)
